INTRODUCTION

In 2018, RS A levels were changed to include religion as well as philosophy and ethics. There were also changes across all subjects, meaning students have to revise AS content for the Year 2 (formerly A2) exams.

The Eduqas A level has no Kantian ethics. Also, the ethical issues covered are allocated to specific theories. Whilst this is easier to prepare for, you will need other perspectives for evaluation. Added to this, watch out for a very challenging first unit containing some material no other boards cover, and topics that are usually seen in Year 2.
