Students should learn:
  • there are different ways of seeing things
  • about the importance of literary genres in asking whether something is true
  • that science and religion may have complementary answers to questions of how and why

  • describe the similarities and differences in various accounts, explaining which points are the most important, with at least one reason for that selection
  • give reasons for their personal responses to these theories
  • select and explain the main points they have learnt from their study into science and religion to answer the question
