The Unity and nature of God, including the Shema
This is an ideal place to start your revision. A slogan for Judaism could be 'It's all about God'. Everything in Judaism is connected to God, and you should refer to this in some way in every exam answer.
For a very brief summary of Jewish beliefs about God, go to The Revision Site's What do Jews Believe?
Judaism 101 has a much more detailed page on The Nature of God
The best expression of Jewish beliefs about God is in the Shema (click to see it in full):
Sh'ma Yisrael Adonai Elohaynu Adonai Echad.
Hear, Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One.
This is recited by Jews every day, and is contained in the Mezuzah and Tefillin. You should learn the excerpt above off by heart, as it can be used in many different questions. It is found in the Torah: Deuteronomy 6:4-9.
The sort of question you might get is:
(a) Describe and explain Jewish beliefs about the nature of G-d.
